1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JezPress, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

JezPress is a managed WordPress plugin update service that:

• Provides secure authentication via Google OAuth
• Delivers plugin updates to registered WordPress sites
• Offers a dashboard for managing multiple WordPress sites
• Is provided exclusively to Jezweb clients and authorised users

3. Eligibility

To use JezPress, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Google account
• Be authorised to manage the WordPress sites you register
• Have a valid service agreement with Jezweb (for managed services)

4. User Accounts

When you create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• You may not share your account with others without authorisation

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The JezPress service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Jezweb Pty Ltd. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Reverse engineer or decompile our systems
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Jezweb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jezweb Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service:

• For violation of these terms
• For conduct that harms other users or the service
• At our sole discretion with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
